Talogy is expanding across the GCC and seeking a commercially driven Senior Business Development Manager to help grow our regional footprint.

We partner with government, semi-government and world-leading brands to strengthen leadership pipelines, identify high-potential talent, and build capabilities that support national transformation agendas.


The Role

  • Open doors and build trusted relationships with senior HR, talent, and government stakeholders
  • Shape complex consulting opportunities in talent assessment and leadership development
  • Lead commercial conversations and drive opportunities through to close
  • Contribute directly to the growth of our Middle East client portfolio


You Bring

  • A strong GCC track record in senior-level B2B sales
  • Experience in talent consulting, HR advisory, leadership development, and assessment solutions
  • Credibility with C-Suite and Tier 1 clients
  • A consultative, commercially driven approach with the ability to craft compelling proposals
