Senior Business Development Manager

Golden Bridge Real Estate LLC is a dynamic real estate sales and marketing company specializing in residential properties. With a focus on excellence, innovation, and growth, we help developers build strong brand identities and connect with investors and homebuyers across Dubai.

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead business growth initiatives and drive sales for our residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in real estate sales, client acquisition, and partnership development in Dubai or the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a robust pipeline of clients, brokers, real estate agencies, and corporate partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including onboarding additional developers under the company.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agents, investors, consultants, and corporate clients.
  • Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs.
  • Represent the company at property exhibitions, networking events, seminars, and industry conferences.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop promotional strategies and business pitches.
  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and customized offerings for potential clients.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and market insights.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in real estate sales or business development.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership abilities.
  • Knowledge of UAE real estate market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Results-oriented, proactive, and highly motivated.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED25,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
