Job Title: Senior Business Development Manager

Location: Mumbai, Bangalore, Pune

Department: Business Development, Food and Nutrition

Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager with background in Food and Nutrition ingredient sector. This individual will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive sales and distribution of food and nutrition ingredients to institutional clients, retailers, and

HoReCa (Hotel/Restaurant/Café) channel.

Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with new clients.

Collaborate with marketing and R&D teams to align customer needs with product innovations.

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and prepare reports for management.

Ensure timely collections and resolve customer issues related to service, quality, or delivery.

Conduct field visits, product demos, and participate in industry events/trade shows.

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Food Technology, Food Science, Nutrition, or related field.

Experience: 3-7 years in sales and distribution of food and nutrition ingredients.

Proven track record in managing B2C channel.

Skills Required:

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Technical understanding of food and nutrition ingredient sector

Customer-centric and solution-driven mindset

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

Pay: ₹1,320,839.37 - ₹2,046,054.67 per year
