Senior Business Development Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our dynamic real estate team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the Dubai and Abu Dhabi real estate markets, along with strong broker relations and channel partner networks. This role requires a results-driven professional who can lead business growth through strategic partnerships and innovative sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve sales and revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers, channel partners, and developers.
• Identify new business opportunities within the Dubai and Abu Dhabi property markets.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals with potential clients and partners.
• Represent the company at networking events, exhibitions, and industry functions.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 years of experience in the Dubai real estate market.
• Arabic speaker with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in broker relations and channel partner management.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai & Abu Dhabi developers and the local property landscape.
• Ability to work independently with a performance-driven approach.

Pay: AED16,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
