Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies to meet company goals.
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals successfully.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Track KPIs and prepare periodic business performance reports.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Proven experience in the IT sector, especially in cloud services or software development companies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
