Senior Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute long-term business development strategies, analyze market trends, and identify growth areas.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Deal Negotiation & Closure: Lead negotiations for complex, high-value deals, ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
  • Market & Opportunity Analysis: Conduct high-level research to find new markets, assess competitor activities, and understand customer needs.
  • Team Leadership: Mentor junior BDMs and collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technical).
  • Reporting & Forecasting: Provide regular updates, sales forecasts, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Project Oversight: Oversee implementation of new initiatives, from planning to execution and review.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • Experience: Proven track record in business development, sales, and achieving revenue targets.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, negotiation, communication, leadership, market analysis, CRM (Salesforce), and contract management.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹430,509.96 - ₹1,524,417.24 per year
