Role Description

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving company growth through strategic planning and lead generation. Responsibilities include market research, proposal creation, client communication, contract negotiation, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve business targets. Candidates should have strong communication and sales skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Exceptional Communication, Negotiation, and Presentation skills
• Experience in Market Research, Industry Analysis, and Opportunity Evaluation
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive performance
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; an MBA is a plus
• Experience in the IT or digital services industry is highly desirable
