About the Role:
At Regiesen Digital Infrastructure Solutions, we are redefining how enterprise organizations scale operations across the Middle East. We develop intelligent business platforms that simplify complexity and improve decision-making across logistics, infrastructure, and digital operations. We are currently seeking a Senior Business Development Manager (m/f/d) who can lead strategic growth initiatives and establish long-term partnerships with enterprise clients across Saudi Arabia.
This is not a traditional sales position. You will play a key role in shaping our commercial direction, identifying high-value opportunities, and building sustainable relationships with stakeholders in both private and public sectors. You will collaborate closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to expand our regional presence and strengthen our market position.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Expansion:
Identify and pursue new enterprise partnerships, strategic alliances, and revenue opportunities across target industries.
Client Relationship Management:
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, government entities, and corporate decision-makers to establish long-term partnerships.
Market Strategy:
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to develop effective business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Leadership and Collaboration:
Coordinate with operations, marketing, and project teams to ensure seamless delivery of client requirements and successful project execution.
Commercial Negotiation:
Lead contract discussions, pricing negotiations, and proposal development while ensuring alignment with company profitability goals.
Performance Reporting:
Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue opportunities, and present business performance reports to executive management.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience:
6+ years of experience in business development, enterprise sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership-level role.
Industry Knowledge:
Strong understanding of the Saudi Arabian business environment, including enterprise operations, infrastructure services, or technology-driven industries.
Communication Skills:
Excellent English communication skills are required. Arabic language proficiency is considered a strong advantage for stakeholder engagement and negotiations.
Leadership:
You are confident leading discussions with senior executives and managing multiple high-value accounts simultaneously.
Mindset:
You are commercially driven, relationship-focused, and capable of balancing long-term strategy with fast-moving business priorities.
Pay: ﷼20,000.00 - ﷼28,000.00 per month
