Senior Business Development Manager

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by acquiring new advertisers and fostering long-term relationships.

  • Leverage your Agency/digital marketing expertise to effectively communicate the value proposition to potential clients.

  • Utilize your rolodex of contacts to identify new business opportunities and expand the advertiser base.

  • Collaborate with our onboarding team to provide pre-sales support for onboarding new clients.

  • Assist in preparing proposals, conducting market research, and delivering presentations to potential clients.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing insights and guidance to facilitate successful client acquisitions, using consultative selling approaches.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities in the regional Agencies & digital marketing landscape.

  • Use your knowledge to provide insights and recommendations for optimizing sales strategies and targeting potential clients.

  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and account management processes.

  • Monitor and track client performance, proactively identifying opportunities for optimization and upselling.

  • Provide regular reports and updates to management and stakeholders.

  • Attend relevant industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to expand your professional network.


Qualifications:

  • Over 5 years of experience in the agencies/networks, Digital Marketing or tech solution providers with a focus on client sales and business development.

  • Strong knowledge of the KSA market and the Agencies/digital marketing landscape.

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Proven track record in driving sales and exceeding targets.

  • Extensive rolodex of contacts on the advertiser side, with a solid network of industry professionals.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Results-oriented with a strategic mindset and the ability to identify and seize opportunities.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
