Key Responsibilities:
Market Analysis & Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential opportunities in domestic (Indian) market for the permanent hiring service, primarily targeting startups and mid-size organizations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine business strategies for permanent recruitment.
- Additionally, cross sell and explore ways to onboard clients for other talent services such as Talent Engagement and culture building.
- Develop and implement business development plans to strategize, plan, and achieve the set objectives and revenue targets.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders including HR leaders, C-suite executives, founders etc.
- Expand the client base and market presence through strategic networking and partnerships.
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and onboard startups and mid-sized organizations in India for the Talent Acquisition Service (permanent hiring).
- Onboard international clients who are setting up remote/offshore teams in India.
- Over time, onboard clients for the Talent Engagement and Culture building service.
Sales Leadership:
- Lead the business development strategy and exceed sales targets.
- Generate qualified leads through networking, cold calling, and other proactive strategies.
- Drive revenue growth by effectively communicating the value proposition of our HR services to potential clients.
Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms and contracts, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
Team Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback to the leadership team to enhance service offerings and client satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven track record in sales and business development, preferably within the HR or recruitment industry.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the recruitment process and industry.
- EffecQvely comprehend and address client hiring needs and HR challenges.
- ExcepQonal communicaQon and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and credibility with diverse stakeholders.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to challenge the status quo.
- Confidence in exceeding sales targets and leading a high-performing team.

Travel requirements:
This position offers the flexibility of remote work. However, as with any Business Development role, particularly within the B2B sector, the role will entail an element of traveling to meet clients, fostering relationships, and securing sales. Additionally, you'll need to take part in start-up forums, events, and conferences to network, build rapport with potential clients, and effectively drive business growth.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,800,000.00 per year
