COLAB is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive sales and revenue growth in the US market. This role is based in Pakistan but requires extensive experience selling to US clients, exceptional English communication skills, and a strong understanding of digital marketing services.

The ideal candidate will have a proven background in outbound sales, including email outreach and cold calling, with the ability to manage structured campaigns and consistently meet strict daily outreach targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute outbound sales campaigns targeting the US market (email, cold calling, and follow-ups)
  • Build, manage, and optimize outbound prospecting sequences
  • Meet and exceed daily outreach, meeting booked, and revenue targets
  • Sell digital marketing services including SEO, PPC, and performance marketing
  • Manage leads, contacts, and deal pipelines using CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, GHL, or similar)
  • Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to align sales strategy and client expectations
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging, objection handling, and closing techniques
  • Represent COLAB professionally with native-level English communication

Required Qualifications

  • Proven experience selling to the US market (mandatory)
  • Strong background in B2B sales and business development
  • Hands-on experience building and managing outbound sales campaigns
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, GHL, or similar)
  • Demonstrated experience selling SEO, PPC, and digital marketing services
  • Excellent spoken and written English (near-native proficiency)
  • Comfortable with cold calling and high-volume outbound outreach
  • Results-driven mindset with experience working under strict KPIs and targets

What We Are NOT Looking For

  • Candidates with experience limited to software/SaaS sales
  • Candidates selling only design or creative services
  • Inbound-only sales profiles without outbound ownership
