Senior Business Development Representative

What you'll do:

• Work with Spendflo’s sales team to discuss and strategize methods to penetrate targeted accounts with the goal of setting qualified meetings
  
• Outreach to multiple stakeholders within Spendflo’s prospect accounts
  
• Book qualified meetings for the sales team
  
• Conduct high-volume prospecting to generate qualified
  
• Selling opportunities through calls, emails, and social media
  
• Providing a world-class prospect and customer experience through every interaction
  
• Become an expert in articulating Spendflo’s value to prospective customers
  
• Keep meticulous records of interactions with leads in our CRM
  
• Help to build scalable demand generation campaigns based on data to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements in our process
  
• Engage with prospects using a combination of email, LinkedIn and other innovative approaches

What we need:

• 1-4 years of experience as an outbound BDR
  
• A strong desire for a career in sales
  
• A track record of high achievement
  
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  
• The ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, high-performing startup environment

This role is for the Americas region, so you must be willing to do US shift (PST timings). The role will be based in Chennai, India.
