Senior Business Development Specialist

Plexus Digital Solutions is hiring a Senior Business Development Specialist to lead revenue growth and expand our client portfolio across Egypt and the GCC.

We are looking for a strategic, well-connected professional with strong experience in digital marketing and advertising agencies, capable of driving high-value partnerships and closing corporate deals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business acquisition and achieve revenue targets
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
  • Lead client meetings, pitches, and proposal development
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams
  • Develop long-term relationships with corporate decision-makers
  • Collaborate with creative, media, and strategy teams to deliver winning solutions
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of business development experience in a digital/advertising agency
  • Proven track record of closing high-value accounts
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing services (media buying, content, performance, branding)
  • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
  • Strong network within the Egyptian market (GCC exposure is a plus)

Details:

  • Location: 5th Settlement, New Cairo
  • Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 10 AM – 6 PM
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
  • Salary: Negotiable based on experience
