Senior Business Development Specialist

Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic, partnership-driven Senior Business Development Specialist who will play a key role in expanding Karage's market presence and unlocking new revenue streams. This role is ideal for someone who thinks beyond traditional sales, understands SaaS growth levers, and can form high-value partnerships that accelerate product adoption and market penetration.

You will lead initiatives that identify new business opportunities, forge key partnerships, and create scalable ideas that drive recurring revenue.

Key Responsibilities Strategic Partnerships & Growth Initiatives
  • Identify, evaluate, and close partnership opportunities with automotive suppliers, spare parts distributors, and industry service providers.
  • Develop and execute partnership programs that bring mutual value and expand Karage's ecosystem.
  • Scout and validate new business ideas, market segments, and monetization models to enhance revenue growth.
Business Expansion & Market Development
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitors to propose innovative business strategies.
  • Develop business cases and feasibility studies for new revenue opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with the product team to design features or modules that support new commercial opportunities.
Pipeline & Opportunity Management
  • Build and manage a pipeline of strategic accounts and high impact prospects.
  • Lead end to end discussions with potential partners, from initial outreach to deal structuring and execution.
  • Provide accurate insights and forecasts on partnership performance and revenue impact.
Cross functional Collaboration
  • Work with sales, marketing, and product teams to align go-to-market strategies.
  • Contribute to promotional campaigns, partner onboarding materials, and co marketing initiatives.
  • Represent Karage at events, industry exhibitions, and networking platforms to expand brand presence.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Strategic Growth, preferably within SaaS or tech startups.
  • Strong understanding of partnership ecosystems, B2B SaaS models, and recurring revenue strategies.
  • Proven track record of developing and closing partnerships that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn insights into business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Self starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to lead projects independently.
