Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development within the medical billing sector, with the ability to drive sales, manage client relationships, and lead a team to achieve ambitious targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive new client acquisition and expand business within the medical billing industry.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Manage, mentor, and guide a small team to maximize performance and efficiency.
• Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and post-sales support.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in business development within medical billing.
• Proven ability to handle sales independently while managing a team.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with night shift timings (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
