The T24 Senior Business Engineer will act as a subject matter expert for Temenos Transact (T24), responsible for end-to-end business solution design, configuration, and support across multiple banking products. The role focuses on customer onboarding, KYC, account lifecycle management, delivery advices (SWIFT & print), and periodic statements, ensuring seamless operations across Payments, Lending, Deposits, Trade Finance, and Treasury.
- Act as a senior functional expert for Temenos Transact (T24) across multiple banking domains.
- Translate business requirements / pain points / issues into functional specifications, solution designs, and configuration setups.
- Support system enhancements, parameterization, testing, and production deployment.
- Design, configure, and support customer onboarding workflows in T24.
- Handle KYC, CIF creation, maintenance, and regulatory data management.
- Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, and regulatory standards across jurisdictions.
- Support customer lifecycle events including updates, reviews, and closures.
- Manage account opening, amendments, closures, and maintenance for:
o Deposits
o Lending products
o Payment accounts
o Trade Finance accounts
o Treasury accounts
- Ensure accurate product setup, interest conditions, charges, and fees.
- Configure and support payment processing across domestic and international channels.
- Handle delivery advices, including:
o SWIFT messages (MT/MX)
o Print advices and customer notifications
- Ensure proper message formatting, routing, and reconciliation.
- Provide functional coverage and support across:
o Payments
o Lending
o Deposits
o Trade Finance
o Treasury
- Collaborate with product teams to support new product launches and enhancements.
- Configure and support monthly and periodic customer statements.
- Ensure statement accuracy, formatting, and delivery across channels (print / electronic).
- Support regulatory and customer reporting requirements.
- Lead or support UAT, SIT, and regression testing activities.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide L2/L3 functional support.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and operations for issue resolution.
- Act as a bridge between business users, IT teams, vendors, and operations.
- Provide functional guidance, documentation, and training to end users.
- Strong hands-on experience with Temenos T24 / Transact.
- Solid understanding of banking business processes and end-to-end transaction flows.
- Experience with SWIFT messaging (MT/MX) and delivery advices.
- Knowledge of products lifecycle management and data structures in T24.

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field (preferred).
