Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Senior Business Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and supporting business expansion initiatives within the automobile and electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for automobile and electric vehicle products
• Identify new business opportunities through market visits, networking, and lead generation activities
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, dealers, and corporate partners
• Ensure professional customer handling and provide excellent after-sales support
• Coordinate with internal departments for smooth order processing, deliveries, and documentation
• Maintain accurate customer records and regularly track sales performance metrics
• Conduct market research to monitor industry trends, opportunities, and competitor activities
• Prepare detailed sales reports and share performance insights with management
• Support senior management in executing business development and growth strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the automotive or EV sector
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Leadership and team coordination capabilities
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
