Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Male Business Executive / Business Partner to join our growing real estate company in Bahria Town, Lahore. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with a strong background in the Bahria Town property market who are looking to maximize their earnings through a lucrative profit-sharing model.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and close residential and commercial property sales.
• Identify investment opportunities and advise clients accordingly.
• Develop and maintain relationships with buyers, sellers, investors, and dealers.
• Expand business through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate high-value transactions.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Male candidate preferred
8–15 years of proven experience in the only in Bahria Town Lahore real estate market( compulsory)
Strong knowledge of property sales, real estate investments, and business development
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
Established network within the Bahria Town Lahore property community
Self-driven, trustworthy, and capable of independently handling and closing deals
Passion for building long-term business relationships
