About the Role

As our Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you'll lead the design, development, and administration of enterprise BI platforms (Power BI/Tableau) and data warehouses. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to deliver high-impact dashboards, uncover trends, and enable data-driven decision-making across the business.

• Manage and maintain BI servers and enterprise data warehouses (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Perform data exploration, trend analysis, and ad-hoc SQL reporting
• Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and deliver insights
• Ensure QA/UAT processes and provide end-user training
• Troubleshoot BI issues and implement fixes
• Drive proof of concept BI solutions for evolving business needs

What We're Looking For Must-Have Technical Skills

• Strong SQL development and data modeling experience
• 3+ years in enterprise DWH environments (Azure SQL, Snowflake, Databricks)
• Experience with Agile delivery, Visual Studio, GitHub

Soft Skills

• Analytical thinking & problem-solving
• Team collaboration & adaptability

Nice to Have

• Python scripting
• Customer profiling & MDM experience
• Performance tuning for large datasets
