Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate excels in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
  • Identify, prospect, and close new B2B business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
  • Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
  • Track KPIs and prepare periodic business performance reports.
  • Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs300,000.00 per month
