Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Business Manager to drive business growth, build strategic partnerships, and identify new market opportunities. The ideal candidate excels in communication, negotiation, and relationship-building, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing key client accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Identify, prospect, and close new B2B business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients and strategic partners.
- Conduct market research to understand trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and finalize deals.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Track KPIs and prepare periodic business performance reports.
- Represent the organization at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or account management.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and convert them into long-term clients.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
