Why does the job exist?
The Senior Business Operations Analyst will:
Oversee Income Support Division (ISD) constituent complaints;
Ensure Human Resources (HR) and administrative transactions are processed timely and effectively;
Ensure that the ISD staff receive support:
Oversee all ISD fleet;
Ensure that field staff submit the required paperwork timely, and report all necessary documentation to General Services Division (GSD) timely;
Also manage office supplies and facility requests for all 33 field offices.
How does it get done?
The Senior Business Operations Analyst is responsible for:
Processing all ISD constituent complaints and provide status updates;
Managing all ISD fleet and facilities and ensure the GSD requirements are met monthly;
Processing supply orders and providing administrative support for all of ISD;
Supporting Personnel actions, tracking, routing, and communicating HR action status updates.

Minimum Qualification
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Accounting and one (1) year of directly related job experience in the areas of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, contract management, and/or in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Must obtain a Defensive Driving Certificate.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
