Why does the job exist?
This position is responsible for:- Provider Oversight, Compliance, and Audits 45% Conducts oversight of MVD service providers to ensure compliance with TRD/MVD policy, law,
and the Service Provider Agreement. Reviews transactions for accuracy, issues notices of violation, and coordinates corrective action. Plans and participates in audits of provider accounts, transactions, offices, and inventory, documents findings, and tracks risk trends.
- Help-desk Support Coordination 30% Supports a team providing help-desk assistance to service providers. Coordinates intake, tracking, and resolution of system, transaction, and procedural inquiries. Serves as a subject-matter resource to ensure accurate and consistent responses; no
supervisory authority.
- Training Development and Delivery 15% Develops and delivers training for service providers on MVD policies, procedures, systems, and contractual requirements. Creates training materials and provides technical guidance to improve compliance and performance.
- Reporting and Coordination 10% Prepares reports and documentation related to compliance, audits, helpdesk activity, and training, coordinates with internal stakeholders.

corrective actions. It supports the help-desk function by managing inquiries, tracking issues, and providing subject-matter guidance. The job develops and delivers training to improve provider
performance and compliance, and prepares reports and documentation to support audits, help-desk activity, and internal coordination.

Minimum Qualification
Associate Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Accounting and one (1) year of directly related job experience in the areas of office administration, budgeting, purchasing, finance, accounting, auditing, cash management, contract management, and/or in the procedures of business and management principles involved in strategic planning. Any combination of education from an accredited college or university in a related field and/or direct experience in this occupation totaling three (3) years may substitute for the required education and experience.
Employment Requirements
Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Must possess and maintain a current Defensive Driving Course Certificate from the State of New Mexico or must pass and receive Defensive Driving Course Certification within six (6) months of date of hire as a condition of continued employment. Must be current with all tax reporting/payment. Employment is subject to post offer pre-employment criminal background check to include fingerprint checks and is conditional pending results.
Working Conditions
Work is performed in an office setting with exposure to Visual/Video Display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. Some sitting, standing, bending and reaching may be required.
