We are looking for a highly experienced
Senior Business Process Consultant – ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM)
to support the continued growth of our Risk, Compliance & Security practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In this role, you will lead strategic client engagements for some of the region’s largest enterprises and government-related organizations, helping them strengthen governance, regulatory compliance, operational resilience, and enterprise risk management through the ServiceNow platform.
You will work closely with executive stakeholders, risk leaders, compliance teams, and security organizations to translate complex regulatory and business requirements into scalable ServiceNow IRM solutions aligned with industry best practices and regional regulatory expectations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead complex
client engagements
across advisory, design, and implementation phases.

Facilitate executive and operational
workshops
to capture business requirements, maturity challenges, and target operating models.

Design and implement
ServiceNow IRM solutions
, including: Policy & Compliance Management, Enterprise & Operational Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Audit Management, Third-Party Risk Management, Risk Events & Issue Management.

Advise clients on regional and international frameworks and regulations, including: ISO 27001, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, GDPR, NCA ECC, SAMA Cybersecurity Framework, DORA, BCM and resilience standards

Conduct
process engineering and solution design
aligned with ServiceNow Out-of-the-Box capabilities and platform governance principles.

Deliver compelling
demonstrations, executive presentations, and solution walkthroughs

Support clients in establishing effective
Three Lines of Defense
operating models and governance structures.

Work closely with architects and technical consultants to ensure successful project delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders within large enterprise and government environments.
Required Experience & Qualifications
-
5+ years
of experience in Risk, Compliance, Governance, Cybersecurity, or IT consulting.

Minimum
3 years of hands-on ServiceNow IRM / GRC experience
.

Proven experience leading enterprise-scale
ServiceNow IRM implementations
.

Strong understanding of regulatory and risk frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, NCA ECC, and SAMA requirements.

Demonstrated experience in: Client advisory engagements, Workshop facilitation, Business process transformation, Solution architecture and design, Executive stakeholder management.

Experience working with large enterprises, critical infrastructure organizations, or government entities within the Middle East region is highly preferred.

Strong communication and presentation skills in English. Arabic is considered a strong advantage.

ServiceNow certifications such as: Certified System Administrator (CSA), CIS – Risk & Compliance, CIS – IRM are strongly preferred.
