Amerisure is currently recruiting for a Senior Business Systems Analyst that can do a 2-day hybrid approach onsite in our Farmington Hills office. Preference will go to someone that has both Insurance and Guidewire experience. The ideal candidate will possess the following skill set.

The Senior Business Systems Analyst is a strategic partner in shaping and delivering innovative business solutions, leveraging deep expertise in analysis, requirements gathering, testing, and stakeholder engagement. This role involves leading complex initiatives, mentoring junior analysts, and driving process optimization efforts across the organization. As a strategic leader in Agile and SAFe methodologies, this role drives continuous improvement initiatives and cultivates seamless collaboration across cross-functional teams to accelerate the achievement of key business objectives.
