The Information & Technology Services department is looking for a Sr. Business Systems Analyst with a strong focus on implementing, supporting, and advancing enterprise-level construction projects and program management control systems, such as PMWeb and Oracle JDE E1 This role demands a proactive approach to enhancing our project management capabilities, ensuring that capital planning, cost management, and project delivery are executed with precision and efficiency. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments to design, develop, maintain, and enhance our job costing solutions, contributing directly to the strategic goals of the San Diego International Airport.

About the Team:
Information & Technology Services (I&TS) is a mission‑driven, campus‑wide team that enables the Airport Authority’s operations through reliable, secure, and forward‑looking technology. I&TS supports critical business applications used by staff, maintains passenger‑facing systems such as flight information displays and paging, and designs, operates, and secures the infrastructure that connects the entire airport campus. Our team is responsible for system access, data storage, cybersecurity, and operational continuity—ensuring technology is available when and where it matters most. We foster a collaborative, service-oriented culture focused on partnership, accountability, and continuous improvement, working closely with departments across the campus to deliver solutions that keep the airport running safely, efficiently, and securely.
The Application Development team designs, builds, and supports the enterprise applications and integrations that power daily operations across the Airport Authority. Partnering closely with business units, the team translates operational needs into scalable, user-focused solutions that support finance, operations, asset management, and customer experience. From custom development to vendor platforms and system integrations, the team ensures applications are reliable, secure, and aligned with evolving business priorities—improving workflows, enabling better decision-making, and enhancing the experience for employees, tenants, and stakeholders campus-wide.
