Job Summary

Primary Responsibilities and Key Deliverables

• Execute purchasing activities (POs, quotes, expediting) to support field work, turnarounds, and urgent mobilizations.
• Negotiate pricing and terms while maintaining strong supplier relationships.
• Manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost control, and on-time delivery.
• Support inventory controls (min/max levels, critical spares) across yards and project sites.
• Partner with Operations, Fleet/Maintenance, and HSE teams to ensure compliant and reliable supply.

• 5+ years of procurement experience in industrial services, environmental services, petrochemical/refinery support, oil & gas services, or similar field-based industries.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, field-driven environments.
• Experience with ERP/PO systems and strong Excel proficiency.
• Familiarity with Gulf Coast industrial vendors preferred.
