We are seeking an experienced and trend-driven
Senior Buyer
– Men’s Casual Wear to lead product selection, range planning, and vendor negotiations for the category. We're looking for someone with experience developing private-label menswear ranges, strong commercial acumen, proven P&L management experience, and a keen eye for seasonal casual fashion and lifestyle trends in menswear.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Range Planning

Develop and execute the seasonal buying strategy for Men’s Casual Wear.

Conduct trend research, competitive analysis, and consumer insights to build a compelling product range aligned with current lifestyle, streetwear, and smart-casual shifts.

Partner with Design and Planning teams to ensure alignment with brand direction and assortment needs.
Financial & Business Management

Own category-level P&L, ensuring revenue, margin, and sell-through targets are met.

Monitor weekly performance, analyze KPIs, and take corrective actions to optimize sales and profitability.

Manage Open-to-Buy (OTB) in collaboration with Planning teams.
Vendor Management & Negotiation

Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers across key sourcing markets relevant to men's woven, knitwear, denim, and casual categories.

Negotiate costs, margins, payment terms, and delivery timelines to maximize profitability.

Source new suppliers to drive product innovation, fabric development, and cost efficiency.
Product Development & Execution

Oversee sampling, product development, and approvals in line with brand quality, fit, and construction standards.

Ensure timely order placement, tracking, and shipment follow-ups.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Coordinate closely with Visual Merchandising (VM), Marketing, and Retail teams for seasonal launches, campaign activations, and promotions.

Work with Quality Control (QC) teams to ensure product quality, durability, and compliance.
