DESCRIPTION
In EOSOL we are seeking a Senior Capital Project Procurement Manager with extensive experience in large-scale capital projects, responsible for leading the end-to-end procurement management of high-value equipment, services, and contracts throughout the full project lifecycle.
This role serves as a key integration point between engineering, procurement, supply chain, finance, legal, and HSE, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with strong cost and risk control.

Integrate capital project procurement management from ideation, feasibility, scoping, pre-concept, strategy, and execution phases.

Lead procurement of critical equipment and services from URS definition through supply, construction, and commissioning.

Develop and execute the Project Procurement Plan (PPP) and Contract Management Plan (CMP).

Define procurement strategies and execution models (EPC, EPCMV, Design-Bid-Build, Design & Build, CM at Risk / Agent).

Lead RFI, prequalification, tendering, negotiation, and contract award processes.

Manage complex commercial and contractual negotiations with contractors, designers, and strategic suppliers.

Perform continuous cost estimating using analogous, parametric, bottom-up, and three-point techniques.

Conduct Purchase Price Analysis (PPA) and Cost Price Analysis (CPA).

Manage Supplier & Vendor Relationship Management (SRM) from pre-award through warranty completion.

Develop and implement hard and soft savings strategies, value engineering, and benchmarking.

Lead change order management, assessing cost, scope, and schedule impacts.

Apply a strong Project Controls mindset pre- and post-contract.
REQUIREMENTS
20+ years of experience in procurement, contracts, or engineering within large capital projects (USD 50M+).-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Procurement & Supply Chain, Quantity Surveying, or related field.

Strong background in industrial, construction, engineering, or capital infrastructure projects.

Proficiency with digital procurement and project management platforms (Coupa, Ariba, Autodesk, ERP systems).

Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Advanced English required (spoken and written).

Availability for full-time onsite assignment.

Professional certifications such as CIPS, PMP, or equivalent.

Experience in multinational or global corporate environments.

Background in PMO, Project Controls, or Contract Management roles.

Experience with value engineering and capital optimization strategies.
