Location: Serving Lake Elsinore, Corona, Eastvale, Norco, Mira Loma, Jurupa Valley, Chino Hills, Yorba Linda, Anaheim Hills, Fullerton, and Brea

Hours: Monday–Thursday, 9 AM – 1 PM (Flexible Schedule)

Compensation: Commission-based + Car Allowance ($200/month after 1st month) Hiring Timeline: Immediate

About the Role:

We’re seeking a motivated, outgoing Senior Care Specialist to help us expand our referral network and grow our client base across the Inland Empire and Orange County areas.

This part-time, commission-based role is perfect for a people-oriented professional who thrives on relationship building and community engagement. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to transition into a permanent role after the initial 3-month period.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and cultivate relationships with new referral sources, including hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, doctors’ offices, and other healthcare providers.
• Maintain an up-to-date database of key referral contacts and prospects.
• Conduct regular in-person visits and meetings with referral partners to promote Always Best Care services.
• Deliver presentations and in-services at hospitals, nursing homes, doctors’ offices, and local organizations.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry conferences to represent Always Best Care.
• Meet or exceed weekly activity goals outlined in the company’s sales and marketing plan.

Compensation & Benefits

• Commission-Based Structure:
• Weekly and Monthly Bonuses for Goals Met.
• In-Home Care (IHC): 5% of all new client care for the first 4 months (revisited at 90-day review).
• Assisted Living Placement (ALP): 40% of referral fee for successful placements (paid after facility payment).
• Car Allowance: $200/month after the first month.
