Senior Case Manager with North Central-Flint Hills Area Agency on Aging in Manhattan.

Full Time 8-5, Monday-Friday.

Position coordinates services for older Kansans and provides assessments, referral and help to people of all ages. Requires BA/BS in social work, gerontology, nursing, health, counseling, human development, or family studies. Other related degrees will be reviewed. LBSW preferred. Also, one year experience in aging/disability, excellent communication and computer skills, valid drivers' license and ability to pass a background check.
