What You'll Do

As a Case Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day management of personal injury cases from intake through resolution while serving as the primary point of contact for clients.

• Manage and coordinate all aspects of personal injury files
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding treatment, case status, and next steps
• Gather and organize supporting documentation
• Communicate with insurance companies, medical providers, and other involved parties
• Assist attorneys with case development and preparation
• Ensure files progress efficiently and timely
• Deliver exceptional client service with professionalism and empathy
• Maintain accurate case documentation within CRM system

Qualifications

• 2+ years Personal Injury Case Management experience required
• Strong understanding of personal injury processes, terminology, and medical treatment
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Detail-oriented with follow through
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Bilingual abilities highly valued but not required

Pay: $80,000.00 - $92,000.00 per year
