Job Summary

Motifz Textile Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced and responsible Senior Cashier to manage daily cash handling, support accounting activities, and maintain accurate financial records. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and ensure strict compliance with financial procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Handling daily cash receipts, payments, and safe cash custody
• Maintaining accurate records of sales and expenses
• Preparing daily, weekly, and monthly cash reports
• Ensuring bank deposits and cash reconciliation
• Coordinating with accounts and finance departments
• Handling invoices, vouchers, and petty cash
• Ensuring compliance with company financial policies and procedures
• Maintaining proper documentation for audit requirements

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, B.Com, BBA (Finance), or a related field

Skills:

• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Honest, trustworthy, and responsible
• Ability to work under pressure

Experience

• 8–10 years of relevant cashier or accounts experience preferred
• Experience in a large or structured organization is an advantage
• Strong background in cash handling and accounts support
