Summary of the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly talented Senior CG Interior Designer to join our growing team in Dubai.
The successful candidate will be responsible for producing world-class architectural and interior visualizations for luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects. This role requires exceptional artistic vision, advanced technical expertise, and the ability to lead visualization efforts from concept through final delivery.
The Senior CG Interior Designer will collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, project teams, and senior leadership to ensure all visual content aligns with project objectives and exceeds client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and production of high-quality 3D visualizations, renderings, animations, and presentation materials for luxury projects.
- Interpret architectural and interior design concepts and translate them into compelling visual narratives.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project stakeholders to understand project requirements and design intent.
- Develop advanced materials, textures, lighting, and post-production techniques to achieve photorealistic results.
- Ensure all visualizations meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
- Manage multiple visualization projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and project objectives.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute creative input during project development.
- Support client presentations by preparing impactful visual content and presentation materials.
- Maintain and continuously improve the company's library of 3D assets, materials, and rendering resources.
- Stay current with emerging visualization technologies, software, workflows, and industry trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to rendering, visualization software, and project workflows.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior CG artists and visualization team members.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure visualization deliverables align with design milestones and project schedules.
- Contribute to the ongoing improvement of visualization standards, processes, and best practices across the organization.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visualization, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of professional experience in architectural visualization and interior design.
- Proven experience delivering high-end luxury residential, hospitality, and commercial projects.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional photorealistic rendering, visual storytelling, and design sensitivity.
- Experience working within multidisciplinary architecture and interior design practices is highly desirable.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Advanced proficiency in 3ds Max and Corona Renderer.
- Strong expertise in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Experience with animation, post-production, and visual effects workflows is advantageous.
- Exceptional understanding of composition, lighting, materials, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Strong knowledge of interior architecture, furniture, materials, and detailing.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating within a team environment.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time-management skills.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions
