Summary of the role:

The Technical Manager provides strategic leadership and technical oversight across multidisciplinary design teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality projects. The role is accountable for design integrity, regulatory compliance, resource optimization, and timely project execution, while serving as the main liaison with clients and key stakeholders. By driving collaboration, innovation, and best practices, the Technical Manager ensures consistent project excellence and client satisfaction. 


Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Lead and manage multidisciplinary teams of architects, engineers, and designers, allocating resources, balancing workloads, and establishing realistic project schedules.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure quality, consistency, and effective coordination of project workflows across the entire lifecycle in collaboration with Architecture, Design, and MEP departments.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Pay close attention to fine details and develop projects step by step in coordination with clients and other disciplines.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Understand land potential, constraints, client spatial and financial requirements, building codes, and regulations to achieve client satisfaction, preliminary permits, and unique architectural designs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Review and refine designs prepared by lead designers, providing constructive feedback, suggesting improvements, and collaborating on final design decisions.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Transform sketches and concepts into detailed Revit models for construction documentation and project coordination, ensuring high-quality and coordinated 3D outputs.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Serve as a third-party reviewer, conducting technical assessments of deliverables from other teams to ensure compliance, quality, and best practices.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Collaborate with suppliers to explore products and solutions that align with the design while considering construction feasibility.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Conduct risk assessments, identify potential technical challenges, and implement solutions to minimize project delays or quality issues.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and enforce design standards, procedures, and best practices to optimize workflows and enhance efficiency.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Mentor and train team members, supporting their professional development, technical skills, and adherence to company standards.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Ensure all projects achieve high-quality outcomes, are delivered on time, and comply with safety requirements, codes, and regulatory standards.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Liaise and act as a primary point of communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to maintain design integrity and support smooth project execution.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Prepare, review, and manage contract documents, construction drawings, and deliverables, ensuring accuracy and quality.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Maintain a balance between design vision and construction feasibility throughout the project lifecycle.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Perform additional duties as assigned by management.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to keep the company at the forefront of innovation.</li></ul> 


Qualifications

Education and Experience:
<ul>
<li><ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s or Master&rsquo;s degree in Architecture or a related field.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Professional certifications relevant to the field are preferred.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Minimum of 15 years of proven experience in technical project management, including at least 8 years in a senior leadership role, preferably within a consultancy environment</li>
</ul><ul><li>GCC Project Experience is required.</li></ul></li></ul>

Summary of the role:

The Architect will be responsible for managing client communications, coordinating remote design team meetings, creating architectural drawings, and overseeing site visits throughout the project lifecycle. The role requires acting as a key liaison between clients, consultants, contractors, and the internal design team to ensure high-quality design development, smooth construction execution, and timely project delivery. 


Key Responsibilities

<li>Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and authorities as required.</li>
<li>Maintain organized records of drawings, approvals, meeting minutes, and site documentation.</li>

Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Architecture (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus).</li>
<li>8+ years of experience as in architectural design, documentation, and site coordination (KSA experience preferred).</li>
<li>Strong experience in creating architectural plans and construction drawings.</li>
<li>Client-facing experience in architectural or project-based roles.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

<li>Proven ability to manage client communications and lead meetings independently.</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of project workflows, timelines, and coordination across all project phases (construction processes and site supervision).</li>
<li>Familiarity with KSA building codes, regulations, and approval processes is highly desirable.</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office (BIM experience is a plus).</li>

The Accountant is responsible for managing daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger maintenance, and bank/cash reconciliations. They prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, support month-end and year-end closing, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. The role ensures proper documentation of financial records, support payroll accounting, accruals, provisions, and expense reimbursements, and effectively utilizes ERP/accounting systems, also supports tax compliance and filings under Egyptian regulations. 
Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Manage daily accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Account Receivable 
and General Ledger Maintenance. Including the Bank, Cash and Balance Sheet 
Reconciliations</li>
<li>Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, balance sheet, 
profit/loss statements, cash flow statements ensuring accuracy and clarity</li>
<li>Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, 
collections, and vendor payments</li>
<li>Support month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure timely and accurate 
reporting; prepare adjusting entries as required.</li>
<li>Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis</li>
<li>Maintain accurate and up to date financial records such as income, expenses, assets 
and liabilities 
and ensure proper documentation</li>
<li>Assist in payroll accounting, accruals, provisions, and expense reimbursements, 
ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.</li>
<li>Utilize ERP/accounting systems effectively, ensuring the smooth integration of 
system and processes</li>
<li>Support tax-related filings and compliance with Egyptian regulations, including VAT, 
WHT, and income tax; prepare documentation and reports as needed.</li>
<li>Liaise with the external auditors, tax consultant, and regulatory authorities as needed</li>
<li>Support internal controls and identify opportunities to improve accounting processes 
and efficiency</li>
<li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>

Education and Experience:
