Summary of the role:

The Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for planning and designing mechanical systems and models; working on engineering calculations, and proposals for architectural projects.

Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop and design building mechanical systems such as HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), plumbing, and fire protection systems.</li>
<li>Ensure systems and designs comply with building codes, safety standards, environmental regulations, and client specifications.</li>
<li>Collaborate with architects to integrate mechanical systems without compromising aesthetic or structural aspects of the building.</li>
<li>Work with electrical and structural engineers to ensure compatibility and functionality of all building systems.</li>
<li>Plan mechanical equipment rooms and vertical transportation systems in collaboration with other engineers.</li>
<li>Integrate smart systems for efficient control of HVAC, lighting, and security to enhance comfort, energy efficiency, and operational.</li>
<li>Use simulations and software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or HVAC-specific tools to predict system performance.</li>
<li>Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.</li>
<li>Manage project budgets, timelines and resources effectively.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field. (Master&rsquo;s Degree is preferred).</li>
<li>6+ years of professional experience as a Mechanical Engineer specializing in Architectural system projects.</li>
<li>Preferably Registered Professional or member of professional engineering society, such as Certified HVAC Designer (CHD) or Building Energy Modeling Professional (BEMP).</li>
<li>Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high end projects.</li>
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>Expert-level proficiency in Revit is required (minimum 5 years of experience using Revit on built projects).</li>
<li>Good familiarity with BIM coordination workflows.</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of building codes and sustainability principles, such as ASHRAE &amp; NFPA.</li>
<li>Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Creative mindset with ability to think innovatively and execute complete design concepts.</li>
<li>Ability to solve complex technical problems.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with a high attention to detail.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.</li>
<li>Excellent client facing communication skills.</li>

Summary of the role:

The Sr. Interior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing and refining design plans, collaborating with the design team on factors like budget, space usage, and aesthetics, and creating practical, and aesthetic spaces. 


Key responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Develop design concepts, presentations and technical drawings to clearly communicate design intent that align with the client&rsquo;s needs and project objectives.</li>
<li>Create and refine 3D models of interior elements, apply textures, animate designs, adjust lighting, and produce high-quality renderings to visualize the space.</li>
<li>Work closely with the design team to discuss critical elements such as budget, architectural preferences, and the space&rsquo;s intended function.</li>
<li>Follow established style guides to ensure the project maintains a consistent and cohesive design.</li>
<li>Consult with the design head on aspects such as space planning, furniture and equipment placement, and color coordination.</li>
<li>Continuously improve and refine design concepts to ensure they are practical, visually appealing, and serve the intended purpose.</li>
<li>Choose, design and purchase artworks, and accessories that complement the overall design and meet functional requirements.</li>
<li>Use drawing and visualization tools to create clear and detailed representations of design ideas, including sketches and 3D renderings.</li>
<li>Develop mood boards to reflect the overall atmosphere and aesthetic of the space, and create sample boards for materials, colors, and finishes.</li>
<li>Stay informed on the latest trends, materials and technology in the design industry to keep our projects at the forefront of innovation.</li></ul> 


Qualifications

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design or architecture.</li>
<li>10+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end projects.</li>
<li>Demonstrable portfolio with a strong experience in delivering high end projects.</li></ul> 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

<li>Fluent Arabic Speaking</li>
<li>10+ years of experience using SketchUp design software</li>
<li>Expertise in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.</li>

<li>Proven track record of delivering projects from concept through completion.</li>

Senior Interior Designer

The Interior Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality interior designs and 3D Models using SketchUp for high end luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. 
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Build and develop 3D models of luxury spaces using SketchUp Software, while studying materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches and CAD files.</li>
<li>Confer with Design teams to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.</li>
<li>Confer with the Design Head on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.</li>
<li>Develop and improve the plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to the intended purposes, such as raising productivity.</li>
<li>Provide input and feedback on design concepts and ideas.</li>
<li>Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and client proposals.</li>
<li>Observe management&rsquo;s instructions, especially in the areas of flexibility and teamwork, is essential.</li>
<li>Work on multiple projects simultaneously, managing time and resources effectively.</li>
<li>Ensure all work is completed within project deadlines and budget constraints.</li>
<li>Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the team.</li>
<li>Continuously improve skills and knowledge through training and professional development.</li>

Qualifications

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in interior design or architecture.</li>
<li>5+ years of professional experience in interior design, with a focus on high-end Luxury projects.</li>
<li>GCC work Experience is a Plus.</li>
<li>Proficiency in sketchup software in the qualifications or maybe skills sections.</li>
<li>Build and develop (detailed) models.</li>
<li>Furniture design is a plus.</li>
<li>Knowledge of SketchUp software plugins and extensions.</li> 
</ul>
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
<ul>
<li>A minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience using SketchUp Software.</li>
<li>Proficiency in AutoCAD Software.</li>
<li>Able to develop and present design concepts.</li>
<li>In-depth knowledge of furniture systems and finishes</li>
<li>Having knowledge in 3D Modelling, rendering, and 3D visuals.</li>
<li>Demonstrated understanding of basic principles of space planning</li>
<li>Ability to provide critical design review to design teams, communicating design ideas.</li>
<li>Ability to work in a team environment with good collaboration skills.</li>
<li>Excellent organization and time management skills</li>
