Summary of the role:

The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and directing the daily execution of mechanical activities at the project site. The role ensures that mechanical installations are performed efficiently, safely, and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and project schedules under the guidance of the Mechanical Site Engineer. 
Key responsibilities:

<li>Supervise and coordinate daily mechanical installation activities on site, including HVAC, plumbing, fire-fighting, piping, and associated equipment works.</li>

Qualifications
Education and Experience:

The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations and ensuring accurate financial reporting in compliance with Saudi regulations and company policies. The role includes managing accounts payable and receivable, general ledger activities, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, tax compliance (VAT, WHT, ZATCA requirements), payroll accounting support, and month-end/year-end closing activities. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, hands-on ERP experience (preferably Xero), and a solid understanding of accounting standards and the Saudi regulatory environment. 
Key responsibilities:
