In the above context, the CSMrole is responsible to supervise the business delivery under Banca team and Tie Ups& primarily grow the business with profits. They have to understand the product, source the business, conduct developmental activities, recruit, motivate and provide training for the employees.

Responsible for Achieving overall Gross Written Premium
Channel Relationship.
Workshops, Camps.
Plan and make strategies
Responsible to maintain COR at budgeted levels
Analyze the underwritten business book and build strategies for driving results by designing an approach line for team for desired business
Recruitment
Recruitment of agencts; Input Activities: Name gathering activities, career orientation program with TATAAIG like RnR, Club Membership, Quarterly contest, Educational programs etc.
Responsible for Activation
Float all contest and club convention on monthly and weekly basis to producers.
Monthly quarterly and yearly goal settings
Retention of business
Focus on increase the costumer contactibility.
Provide the renewals details on timely basis

Operations (BOPs& COPs) – for the issuance.
Product Towers – for Quotations
Finance Team – Taxations handling
Human Resources – to share foresights into the business and build the talent pool accordingly
