Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Chartered Accountant to join our group of companies at our Saroli location in Surat. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in the textile or manufacturing sector and be capable of managing comprehensive accounting, finance, and compliance functions across multiple entities.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory
• Must be a member of ICAI in good standing

Experience Required

• Minimum 3-5 years of post-qualification experience
• Textile industry background strongly preferred
• Manufacturing sector experience will be considered
• Prior experience handling group company accounts and consolidation

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finance Management

• Oversee complete accounting operations for the group of companies
• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings
• Prepare consolidated financial statements and management reports
• Handle cash flow management and working capital optimization
• Supervise accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions

Compliance & Statutory Matters

• Ensure timely compliance with all statutory requirements including:
• Income Tax, GST, TDS, and other direct/indirect taxation
• Companies Act provisions and ROC filings
• Labor and factory compliance requirements
• Industry-specific regulatory requirements
• Liaise with statutory auditors, tax auditors, and government authorities
• Manage internal and external audit processes

Strategic & Advisory Role

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Support business decisions with financial analysis and cost management
• Implement and maintain robust internal control systems

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the accounts and finance team
• Review and approve work of team members
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards and company policies

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) and IFRS
• Expertise in taxation (Direct & Indirect)
• Proficiency in ERP systems (Tally, SAP, or similar)
• Advanced MS Excel and financial modeling skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with textile manufacturing accounting practices
• Knowledge of export-import documentation and procedures
• Familiarity with inventory management in textile/manufacturing
• Understanding of cost accounting and variance analysis

Pay: ₹55,000.00 - ₹135,000.00 per month
