Senior NEET Chemistry Trainer – Osone Academy

Job Description:

Osone Academy is looking for a highly experienced and passionate Senior Chemistry Trainer to mentor NEET aspirants and help them achieve their dream of becoming doctors. The ideal candidate should have a strong subject command, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of coaching students for NEET.

Responsibilities:

• Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry in a simple, exam-oriented manner.
• Prepare and deliver concept-based lessons, problem-solving sessions, and doubt-clearing classes.
• Develop study materials, practice papers, and test strategies aligned with NEET & NCERT standards.
• Guide students with shortcuts, tricks, and time-management techniques to improve accuracy and speed.
• Track student progress and provide individual mentoring and motivation.
• Contribute to mock tests, workshops, and performance analysis.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Chemistry or related field (PhD preferred but not mandatory).
• 3+ years of experience in training NEET/JEE/competitive exam students.
• Strong knowledge of NCERT Chemistry and previous years’ NEET exam patterns.
• Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging lessons.
• Excellent communication and mentoring skills.
