Facilitate management review on performance, progress towards objectives and targets. Ensure the timely submission of measurable management objectives

Provide advice on the Design Section of strategic objectives, and key performance indicators for all activities and projects implemented by the Design Section in accordance with the RTA's vision, policies, rules, and regulations

Advise on the selection of Design Section consultants and partners for strategic tenders
-
Provide advice on the annual Projects budget, monitor implementation, evaluate, and recommend specific adjustments during the implementation to meet project needs
-
Provide other strategic inputs and benchmarking of the best practices of regulation and technology of highway services as practiced around the world

Conduct specialized and technical training for Design Section staff and ensure the development of their skills and abilities

Any additional responsibilities as advised by the direct Line Manager or Head of Department
Qualifications
Bachelor/Masters/PhD in Civil Engineering from an approved entity Bachelor: +8 years’ experience in relevant field Masters: + 5 years’ experience in relevant field PhD: + 3 years’ Experience in relevant field
