Senior Chiller technician

Core Responsibilities (Varies by Role)

• Operations: Monitor plant parameters (pressure, temp, flow), control chillers/pumps, ensure continuous chilled water supply, and manage system startups/shutdowns.
• Maintenance: Conduct routine preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, pumps, cooling towers, and pipe networks.
• Monitoring & Optimization: Analyze data to improve energy efficiency, reduce costs, and implement enhancements.
• Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, manage work permits, and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex equipment malfunctions and system issues.
• Reporting: Prepare logs, maintenance reports, and water treatment records.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Knowledge: HVAC, refrigeration cycles, chilled water systems, pumps, control systems.
• Certifications: May require CFC/Refrigerant handling certifications.
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering for engineering roles; relevant experience for operator roles.
• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, teamwork, attention to detail, communication, and safety awareness.
• Experience working in District Cooling Plan

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• senior chiller water technician: 5 years (Preferred)
