You will manage project teams, mentor junior engineers, and work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure technical excellence and timely delivery.

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent
• RPEQ or Chartered Engineer (CPEng)
• 8+ years civil design engineering experience
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead civil design across multiple projects
• Manage and mentor junior engineers
• Ensure compliance with industry standards
• Liaise with clients, councils, and stakeholders
