Industry: Industrial / High-rise Projects (Consultancy background preferred)

Job Description:

• Project Management: Lead civil engineering works for industrial/high-rise projects, ensuring timely delivery.
• Site Supervision: Oversee site activities, contractors, and ensure compliance with drawings/specifications.
• Coordination: Work closely with consultants, subcontractors, and project managers for smooth execution.
• Quality & Compliance: Ensure construction meets industry standards, safety regulations, and client requirements.
• Documentation: Prepare and review reports, technical documents, and progress updates.
• Problem-Solving: Provide solutions to site challenges and ensure risk mitigation.
• Client & Stakeholder Interaction: Maintain professional communication and address concerns proactively.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 8+ years’ experience as a Civil Engineer, with strong exposure to industrial/high-rise projects.
• Proven consultancy-side experience in UAE projects.
• Strong technical knowledge of civil engineering principles, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
• UAE driving license mandatory.
