We are looking for a Senior Civil Engineer Infrastructure Projects who can take ownership of major infrastructure developments. You are not just reviewing drawings; you are defining execution strategies and ensuring projects are delivered to the highest engineering standards.

You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams, bridging the gap between design, site execution, and project management. You are the technical authority in a room of contractors, consultants, and stakeholders, ensuring that every decision aligns with quality, safety, and performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

Project Ownership
Lead civil infrastructure projects from planning through execution, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

Design Review and Coordination
Review engineering drawings, specifications, and technical submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and standards.

Site Execution Oversight
Monitor construction activities, conduct site inspections, and resolve technical challenges in real time.

Stakeholder Coordination
Collaborate with contractors, consultants, and government authorities to ensure smooth project delivery.

Quality and Compliance
Ensure all work meets local regulations, safety standards, and engineering best practices.

Reporting and Documentation
Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project updates for management and stakeholders.

What We Are Looking For

Experience
Minimum 8 years of experience in civil engineering with a strong focus on infrastructure or construction projects. Experience in GCC projects is highly preferred.

Technical Expertise
Strong knowledge of roads, drainage systems, utilities, and large scale infrastructure design and execution.

Tooling
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant engineering and project management software.

Leadership Skills
Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate teams, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively.

Communication
Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical solutions clearly to both technical and non technical stakeholders.

Mindset
You are practical and solution oriented. You know when to escalate risks, when to optimize, and how to keep projects moving without compromising quality.

Pay: QAR16,000.00 - QAR23,000.00 per month
