Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering with RPEQ accreditation.
• Proven experience with TMR road design standards.
• Proficiency in 12d.
• Strong stakeholder management and design leadership.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Lead design delivery for road and highway projects.
• Manage engineering documentation and project schedules.
• Coordinate with TMR, councils, and design partners.
• Oversee quality assurance and technical compliance.
• Mentor and support junior civil engineers.
