Position Title: Senior Civil Engineer & Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Civil Engineer & Project Manager to lead and manage the execution of civil and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical knowledge in civil engineering combined with proven leadership and project management experience. This role involves planning, coordinating, and overseeing all aspects of project delivery to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage full project lifecycle from planning and mobilization to handover.
• Lead site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and vendors across multiple civil projects.
• Review civil/structural drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications for execution.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
• Manage contract documents, variations, RFIs, claims, and correspondence.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety, quality, and authority (Municipality, MEW) standards.
• Conduct coordination meetings with clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Prepare and present project status reports to upper management and clients.
• Supervise site-based engineers and provide technical guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 10–12 years of experience in civil construction with at least 4 years in project management.
• Proven track record in leading large-scale projects (buildings, infrastructure, or mixed-use).
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, scheduling tools (Primavera/MS Project), and project budgeting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools.
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of Kuwait regulations and authority approval processes.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Kuwait residency with transferable visa is preferred.

Interview Process:

All applicants will go through the structured three-phase process:

• HR Round – Evaluation of employment eligibility, past experience, and cultural fit.
• Technical Round – Assessment of project experience, engineering knowledge, regulatory understanding, and problem-solving.
• Executive/Managerial Round – High-level discussion of project leadership, decision-making, and ability to manage resources and stakeholders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: KD850.000 - KD1,100.000 per month
