Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years in Civil Construction Projects

Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Civil Engineer / Site Engineer to oversee and manage our on-site construction activities. The ideal candidate must have a strong civil engineering background, with hands-on experience in reading structural drawings, supervising civil works, and ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and review structural and architectural drawings accurately.
• Plan, coordinate, and monitor all site construction activities.
• Supervise civil work execution including foundation, RCC, masonry, finishing, and other related works.
• Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, architects, and consultants.
• Maintain daily site reports, material records, and progress updates.
• Conduct quality checks and ensure materials meet required standards.
• Resolve technical issues on-site and provide practical solutions.
• Manage workforce allocation and ensure project deadlines are met.
• Oversee compliance with safety and environmental regulations.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent knowledge of civil construction methods, materials, and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret structural and layout drawings.
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and other construction-related software.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.

Preferred Background:

• Prior experience in commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple contractors and vendors.
• Knowledge of estimation, billing, and quantity surveying is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
