About the Role

We are a growing interior fit-out company in Dubai and are looking for an experienced Civil Estimator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analysing project drawings, evaluating subcontractor quotes, and ensuring competitive pricing for tenders and ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs to prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates.
• Analyse labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs to produce competitive tender pricing.
• Evaluate technical queries and propose cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare tender submissions, cost breakdowns, and value engineering options.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accuracy of estimates.
• Update cost databases and maintain pricing accuracy based on market conditions.
• Participate in pre-tender meetings, site visits, and client discussions.
• Support the commercial team in budgeting, forecasting, and cost planning throughout project stages.

Requirements

• Minimum 3–5 years experience as a Civil Estimator in the UAE, preferably within interior fit-out or construction.
• Strong understanding of materials, methods, and cost structures for civil and fit-out works.
• Proficient in estimation software, MS Excel, AutoCAD review, and tender documentation.
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
