We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Civil / Lead Technical Engineer to join our team.

*Requirements*:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 8–10 years of relevant experience in construction and infrastructure projects
• Strong expertise in quantity take-off from drawings (Bridges, Buildings, and related civil structures)
• Ability to prepare detailed technical proposals and professional presentations
• Strong experience in client coordination and project negotiations
• Proven background in construction supervision and site management
• Excellent communication and reporting skills

*Key Responsibilities:*

• Perform quantity take-offs from structural and architectural drawings
• Prepare technical submissions, BOQs, and cost estimations
• Present technical solutions and proposals to clients
• Supervise site activities and ensure compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate with project teams, consultants, and contractors
• Provide technical support regarding construction hardware, rebar coupler systems and associated processes
