We are hiring the Senior Civil Site Engineer for our organisation.

Job Description:

Position : Senior Civil Engineer

Company: CMV Infra Projects Pvt Ltd
Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Salary Range: ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (approx. ₹4.2 lakhs – ₹6.6 lakhs per annum)
Experience Required: Minimum 8 years of civil site execution experience
Preferred Background: Infrastructure or commercial construction projects

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee site execution activities, including daily supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality monitoring.
• Read and interpret drawings, manage redline updates, and review engineering deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain BOQ and material schedules; monitor project budget and timeline.
• Coordinate with project controls, engineering, and construction teams.
• Support the Project Manager in ensuring timely and quality project delivery.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare project status reports.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education: B.E./B.Tech. or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Experience: At least 8 years of hands‑on experience in infrastructure or commercial site execution.
• Strong knowledge in site planning, project execution, AutoCAD, and construction methodologies.
• Proficient in cost control, quality assurance, and safety compliance.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in large-scale infrastructure or commercial projects such as office complexes, malls, roads, bridges, etc.
• Prior roles with cost accountability, client coordination, and team supervision responsibilities.
