Senior Civil Site Engineer

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Civil Site Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of UAE experience in supervising various types of construction projects, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise construction of buildings, warehouses (sheds), post-tension slabs, and pile foundations.

- Coordinate with contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

- Review drawings, technical specifications, and site conditions to maintain design intent.

- Conduct site inspections, progress monitoring, and quality control checks.

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly site reports.

- Identify and resolve technical or construction issues on-site efficiently.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).

Minimum 6 years of experience in the UAE with proven site supervision record.

Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete, finishing, and MEP coordination.

Excellent understanding of shop drawings, post-tension systems, and foundation works.

Valid UAE driving license preferred.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and site documentation.

Good communication and leadership skills.
