Senior Civil Site Engineer

To maintain quality of all civil work, to monitor timely progress and ensure conformance to engineering plans, specifications, and safety standards.

· To prepare checklists for all activities.

· Getting the work done on site in time to achieve the targets.

· Direct construction and maintenance activities at site.

· Use computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to prepare engineering and design documents.

Material & Labour Management

· To prepare the requisition for materials in advance.

· To estimate quantities and cost of materials, equipment or labour required.

· To ensure receipt of right quality and correct quantity of material and testing of the same.

· To ensure regular reporting of material status and progress of work at site to the Project Manager/Sr. Engineer.

· To calculate cost of project based on analysis of collected data, applying knowledge and techniques of engineering and advanced mathematics.

· Maintaining record of labour co-ordinating and overtime.

· Required to deal with the Contractors, redressing their grievances in relation to operation and solving the same with Project Manager/ Sr Engineer.

· To supervise civil and structural works on site as per drawings.

· To study the architectural & structural drawings and explain to workers, sub contractors, foremen, supervisors & labour.

· To communicate all necessary instructions to workers, sub contractors, foreman, supervisors & labour.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,006.69 per month
